1. Long Sitting Stretch
a. While seated on the floor, extend your legs in front and stretch them out.
b. Gently bind a towel around your ailing foot
c. Tug on the towel and pull it towards you until you feel your leg and foot stretching from the pressure.
d. Maintain this position for at least 30 seconds before relaxing.
e. Repeat the same procedure for about 10-15 times.
